Didn't the judge say?....That the person who owes you the money has to pay within a certain amount of time...30 days usually.

If they don't pay...you can probably go back to the court and see about enforcing it through garnishing their wages.

Small claims court does not guarantee payment.

The judgment against one stays on ones credit record. That's about it.

If it's enough money, a law suit can collect.
That's lunch money for attorneys.
