okay me and my husband have been TTC for a while now. my period is due August 13th or sometime around then. Here's my situation. i've been tired more and lost my appitite and i've had a head cold for a few days. i'm cramping as well and i usually dont cramp until 2 or 3 days before my period. and now i'm getting bumps on my face and i feel sick. no brest tenderness or soreness. oh and i tend to have more bowel movements and that is very uncommon for me. Please help!! could this mean i'm pregnant??

The hardest part about TTC is waiting to find out if you've been successful. Unfortunately, there is not going to be any immediate gratification here. The symptoms you've listed could be due to numerous things - stress, the heat, dehydration, etc. and there isn't any way to tell if you are pregnant until you miss you first period. I'm sorry that it's like that - but I think the best thing to do is to try to distract yourself with some of your favorite hobbies to help the days pass. If you think you might be pregnant, please don't forget to take folic acid supplements until you know for sure. Good luck and I hope you have good news soon.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

Ok hun relax a bit, worry if you miss your period, you are going to go nuts about it and people are gonna say different things, just give it time and then you'll see.

I'd say everything could be related to the head cold. You wouldn't show symptoms this early.
Sorry, but you'll have to wait it out...

You should lay down and rest and this will help your cramps go to a doctor or go to a spa!
