Just wear regular clothes. You should be happy with your body. I'm shaped the same way and I don't consider it a problem, or if you feel that uncomfortable with them why don't you get a breast reduction.

Best not to have anything too fitted but not too wide either. Something with a slight v neck and comfortable in fit will help. Make the most of the rest of your body to detract the eye from your top, by having brighter colours there. Good fitting underwear helps, you could try different styles of bra. Some are more flattering than others. I've noticed some make me look bigger busted where as others play it down. Avoid strappy tops and very low cleavage tops as I'm sure you know already, unless of course you want to flaunt your assets!! Above all stand proud and remember there are those who are paying an absolute fortune for such a look!!

The best tip is a good, supportive bra. Also, try to draw more attention to your waist, and the area right under your chest. This is the smallest part of your body, so if you select clothing with more detail in the area, it will accentuate a small waist, and minimize your breasts a little bit. Also, don't do spandex on top, or and really strechy tops. Another good tip is to wear blazers. They provide a sophisticated look and add shape to where you want it and hide what you don't want.
