Recently I've met someone, and at first glance appears to be very good looking, very sexy and smart. We started talking and before we knew it; we hadn't introduced ourselves. When I was told his name I sort of cringed. Help!

I soooo feel you. My lady now has the same name as my ex. I just tell myself I was with the wrong M&$^^#e. And I was, the fun thing is you never get the name wrong. I mostly do call her nick names and loving names. No biggie. They are so not the same person...

I think i would and at the same time i wouldn't. I would because obviously he might be so hot (nothing compar to the ex), but at the same time i wouldn't because i know that whenever i'm gonna call him i have to say his name and it's gonna make me remember all the happy times me and my ex shared. So if i were you i'll just give him a nickname. Laterz.

that depends on what you're remembering from your relationship. there are names I would never get involved with, b/c it would never stop reminding me of the other person.
If you're really interested in him, try calling him by his middle name, or something like that.
