in heaven you cannot have s.e.x or drink or smoke or party, cannot sware cannot even break any rules god has given you
in hell you can do the oppisite of all the following and more!

I don't think heaven, if there is one, is about s e x or drinking, smoking or partying. From the description of it, I think that all earthly pursuits are forgotten and you are just happy.
But if like you say heaven is as you describe above, I'd still pick it. The activities you've mentioned are not the things that make me tick. They are all superficial things. Rules have benefits too.
Besides if hell is as hot as it has been here the last few days, I wouldn't want to smoke, party or have s e x. Maybe just drink lemonade, but likely that's not an option.

First of all no one knows for sure what you can or cannot do in heaven. Maybe the "rules" are in your favor and good things. If you could live with out pain or hardship why would you need to swear or smoke. I, for one, would love a place that was smoke free. In Hell you would probably suffer incredible pain and suffering, The devil would deprive you of any vice that brought you pleasure just to make your eternity worse.
Stop being so selfish and try being a giving, supportive, and generally "good" person and you will find greater pleasure than swearing or smoking will ever bring you.

Dude if your perception of heaven and hell are real then all of the bad people would be down there in hell right. So, the gay rapists would be there, homicidal maniacs would be there, sluts, conniving bastards, backstabbers, gangsters, convicts, mass murderers, phedophiles, and a lot lot more of badasses. So, you think you will have it good if you are there. They'll make a slave out of you boy. You think satan would just let you party? hell no.. he'll probably mess you up good.... sexually... you won't be allowed to have fun because the he would want fun all for himself unless you'll be his loyal assistant, then you'll get dibs on his leftovers. But in Heaven dude, there is eternal hapiness, you won't need physical pleasures or any materialistic things, you will be aroused by the one you love and feel really good. God doesn't say that you can't have sex. He says that you should only do it with the one you love. So there might be sex up there. And I bet that you could also party up in there. And since God already gave us free will here on earth, who knows if he gives free will in heaven. But in hell, you think satan would let you have your free will?

How do you know you cannot do that in heaven? These laws we have are earthly. If you were actually trying to follow all the laws the Jews made God give them, then you can't even breath pretty much. Those laws are not in effect with God anymore. Unless you don't believe God is love and Jesus was the symbol of freeing us from sin. All of us.
So, there is no hell, and heaven is ................ ? Dunno. Whatever you want it to be I guess. But you probably won't have a body to do all those things and you will be asking to come back to this hellish earth after a thousand years or so.

ACTUALLY... in heaven you are always loved and you are surrounded by people who love you and you'll probably see some of your family. you are completely isolated in hell..no party no drinking no sex. plus..it sucks even more because if you were in hell...you could see all the people enjoying heaven. IF hell and heaven were as the way you described then hell sounds like a never-ending party..but it's not so...

Hell yeah - Better to be a Prince in Hell than a Servant in Heaven. Plus you don't get all the crazy people in Hell, just the fun loving well and of course the really actual evil people. You just have to ask yourself, who do you trust more the man with the bible or the one with the booze.

LOL That's funny. There is no Hell tho. If one doesn't go to Heaven, then one ceases to exist. Christians say that God is a loving God. But, if he is a loving God, why would He create Hell? Imagine your mother, or sister, going to Heaven...Then they wonder why you are not there. Wouldn't that torment them, knowing you were bad and are now burning in Hell? What? They don't remember you? a mother forgets her son? What kind of Heaven is that? Oh, she didn't forget you, but, actually believes you should burn for eternity?
Wow, that's really a loving mother. One who believes in eternal torture for her son.
And God?
Well, He is there smiling as He watches His children burn and suffer in pain. I mean, how sadistic can that be?
That is a "loving" God?
I think not.
At least, if you cease to exist, your loved ones in heaven will know you are not suffering, so, now, neither will they.
Therefore, there can be no Hell.

No one knows that you acn't do those things in Heaven, But I know for sure you won't be doing them in Hell. In Hell you will be suffering all the time. Just Becuase sins that are considered bad on Earth doesnt mean you can do them in Hell. The sins that seem fun are just the trap and you will see that Hell is only suffering

Uh.. heaven and hell are spiritual places. Your body doesn't go to heaven. Just your spirit. And hell you suffer. You don't enjoy anything.
HOWEVER, IF things were as you described (for the sake of "what ifs"), I would still choose heaven. I don't drink, smoke, or party, and I hate swearing. Sex on the other hand... I've never done it yet seeing as I'm not married yet, and I think I could live without it if that meant sitting by the feet of God/Jesus.
