host the image by going to imageshack.us, and getting the direct link to the picture. go to the direct link, and highlight the picture, then right click on it and press copy. go to the e-mail, right click in the white area then press paste. the picture should be in the body.

Just say attach & select the pictures. Yahoo shows the pictures in different boxes (Click & Open kinda) but i've got a better idea. Use some think like hotmail & do the needful & get it sent to ur yahoo mail address, then Fwd it from there onwards :)
