Its not completely anonymous, but Tor (http://tor.eff.org/ ) is a proxying service that will help. You will also need to install Privoxy, but all of the instructions are on that link.

Use a proxy. Google search it. It would not be completely anonymous; a pro will still find you but it is anonymous enough as long as you don't commit any crimes.
