I must of seen it at least five years ago on TV. The main charecter's name was Natalie (I think..)
She had two guys and was using them at the same time. She manages with her friends to have them both at the same place at the same time. But then they find out! So to decide who to stay with, she holds a contest with her friends as judges. They have the 2 guys pick out shoes, (one picks heels, the other fishing boots." read to her (one reads a romance, the other Dr. Seuss.) and boxing in underwear. In the end the total suck up wins. But Natalie realizes she's in love with the other guy cause he's funny and would make a good dad. He's not answering his phone, and she fears she has lost him. Then she remembers that he is flying. "He flies when he's stressed." as in on an airplane. She goes to the mini-airport and finds him, they kiss and make up, the end.

Yeah, it is definitely the Facts of Life Reunion. I remember the plot.
