we ust to be freinds but she kept steeling from me!!!!

You don't have to be her friend if you don't want to, and if you are not comfortable telling her and if she is insistant on hanging out with you, make sure you go to the movies or a place like that where she doesn't have access to your personal belongings.

If you don't want to be her friend, just distance yourself from her. Or tell her that you don't want to be her friend, and give her the reason why.
