I recently got a boyfriend who is 18 years old and I am 7 years younger! He lives in GA and I live in SC! I tlak to him on the phone everyday and I care about him a lot and he cares a lot about me ! He is very nice and he wont pressure me into doing anything I dont want to! On the other hand I hate living with my momma , i dread going home and all that dumb stuff,. all she do is fuss at me! I go back to school on Augest 9th! He told me that since I didnt like living with my momma he would send me a ticket to come and stay with him for a while, i really want to but what would happen to him if I did! He aintmaking me do nothin i dont want to so i mean he shouldnt go to jail right!??

He maybe brainwashing you, for you are very young and naive. Guys go to jail everyday for this kind of stuff. Remember that your mother is trying to love you. You have the rest of your life to make a daym fool out of yourself dear. Just finish school and all else will follow...18 year old boys need to find girls there age. This is really suspect in my opinion.
What do you have to offer a guy that age?
Who will rescue your butt when he find a 10 year old girl while you shacking up with him?

you are 11 years old!!!! if you were older it might not seem so bad but 11 come on. but no he won't go to jail..that would only happen if you guys were having sex and other sexual activities. but 11 is way too young. i'm 16 and my guy friend is 17 and in england. i'm in cali and i sometimes hate living with my aunt but hang in there for a few more years. then if he still cares for you and vice versa then sure. but just wait. PLUS, does he know that you are 11 years old?!?

Who's to say his is 18? He could be 38 and ready to harm you! You need time to grow and mature with your mom. A lot of 11 year olds argue with their mom. It happens more so than an 11 year old leave the state w/ an 18 year old.

you are under age, and as much as you don't like it, your mother is in charge. She very well could have this guy put in jail for many things. It doesn't matter if he wouldn't make you do anything you don't want to, in the eyes of the law you are incapable of consenting to anything. My advice is to stay away from him until you are 18. Find some friends more your age and do more things correct for your age.

He would get arrested. If you really care about this guy you wont go there. You are under the legal age of consent, and if anything happens, he will go to jail for a long time.

He would go to jail where he belongs. It sounds like you are only 11 yrs. old. Listen to your Mom. She only yells at you because she loves you. Give yourself a few more years to be a child because you will be an adult for the rest of your life.

7 yrs!!!!!So you are 11???!!!! Are you kidding me??? You come to ga to be with him he will definitly be going to jail.And stay there for a long time.You are way too young to even think about leaving home.Should be glad you have a home,alot of kids dont and dont have parents who care enough to tell them what to do.Please try to talk to your mom and work out your differences before you start you life out all wrong.Good luck God bless:O)

Girl stay your butt at home and don't even think about going with him, do you really know this guy that well? he will tell you one thing but do another, and yes he will go to jail if the law catches wind of it, it,s called statutory rape with or without your consent.
