On top of the game? Jeezy. Doing 2 million, dropped another classic mixtape, "I Do This" is tearing it up...Thug Motivation 102 drops in September, it's the only album I'm waiting on right now.
That doesn't mean he's the best rapper. I love Juelz and Dipset but he isn't on top of a damn thing...and his album was weak in a couple spots. Dipset is never going to be running the game, they have a huge following but their success is limited to basically that.
The best rapper out right now is Chamillionaire. Only people that are close are T.I. and Weezy.
