you'll prolly discover the html forms posted here won't work for you. Depending on what the scope of your class is most don't use cgi-scripting for form processing. Or they have provided a specific one for you.
so copying and pasting most of these will hurt your grade.
Most likely you just need to do something like this for your form tag:
Is this your homework? Find a website that has a form on it. (Gee, I'm typing into one right now). Once you find a page, look at the source and reverse engineer it. That way you'll learn how to do it yourself.
