I think they will fair alright. With the additions of Ford (speed, passing, lil bit of shooting), Jones (3-point shooting, dunking, and depth), Nesterovic (size, lil bit of D), Bargnani (not a real proven player in the NBA, but he was pretty good in Europe), and P.J. Tucker (good player at Texas, and a fairly good summer league), these guys, along w/ Bosh, Peterson, and Graham, should be a high intensity type play like Phoenix, but can slow it down also, to get Bosh the ball. This is one of the best young teams in the NBA, and if they dont win now, they will definitely win in the near future.

This will be their starting line-up:
-TJ Ford
A slight upgrade from Mike James. He is a good distributer and he is only going to get better because he is still young.
-Joey Grahm
Might be the worst SG in the league. Doesn't do anything really well.
-Morris Peterson
Underrated player. Should post the same numbers as he did last year.
-Andrea Bargnani
He will contribute much more than people expect him to this year. His year will be more like Bogut's than Milicic's first year. He will help spread the floor but his defense is worse than Villanueva.
-Chris Bosh
Should only get better this year.
Bench: Not strong.
Sadly it's going to be another season without going to the playoffs for the Raptors. Their line-up isn't good enough to compete with the other teams. Luckily they will get a high draft pick next year and maybe compete. Oden would be a great compliment to Bosh and Bargnani, but I don't think he will come out after his frosh year. Maybe they can pick up the top shooting guard because it is a position of need for them.

they traded rafael araujo and got kris humphries as a power forward this was a good aquisition I don't think Utah gave him a fair shot because they got Carlos Boozer and Mehmet Okur to play Power Forward. Bargnani is a question mark but I would say he is good, Chris Bosh is going to be a great player in the NBA T.J. Ford was also a good prospect to bring along. Then, you have Rasho Nesterovic probably the worst player on the Spurs Roster. Fred Jones was a good prospect to pick up and now I think they will go 36-46 or something around there they still are short a few players of something great but they will make a run for the playoffs in the eastern conference finals.

They added a decent point guard in tj ford, The 1st overall pick bargnani is full of promise , Fred Jones is a good role player Chris Bosh is the future of the raptors franchise and is one of the best post players in the nba today....But the raptors might still have a hard time cracking the playoff picture they dont have a deep bench and a coaching change might help them

WOW two raptor related question in one day. Maybe it's too early to tell, but I believe they might have a shot at the playoff this year.
With the Celtics rookiee projects failing miserably and nets lacking a big man on both ends of the floor, Toronto might be able to sneak in.
And remember, having Bryan Colangelo to replace Babcock as GM is a MAJOR, MAJOR UPGRADE.

It's up to Colangelo, he's a demi-god in Toronto. If he makes the right moves this off season and the Raps become an elite team, Bosh will stay. If Colangelo takes a risky gamble like he did last year and it doesn't pay off, Bosh will most likely leave. I have faith in Colangelo, I know he'll make the right moves, which is why I think Bosh will stay.

Last Five. I think they may only be better than 4 or 5 teams and I have no idea why Chris Bosh extended his contract.

35-47. Maybe a little better depends on how Andrea Bargnani plays.

They will be able to compete with the stronger teams, they will do better than last year, but they won't make the playoffs
