Is there a car simulator where i can see if what my car looks like tricked out?

oh, I forgot the url or the name but there is/was a website in which you could pick a car, select different options and see the final result. The graphics were cartoonish tough.

None that I know of. Some Rim manufacturers have a thing where you can see what your car looks like with different rims on it however it usually looks like something someone made with photoshop. The colors aren't usually exact and stuff. Your imagination is probably the best tool.
