Your best bet would be to see the doctor that did the initial operation to tie them. Also, most GYNs can perform the surgery to untie your tubes.

Step one: call the doctor and make an appointment.
Step two: find your keys, turn on your car, and drive to your doctor on the day of your appointment.
Step three: once inside the appointment, ask him this question.

go see your doctor and he will point you in the right direction but it's Good chance that after ward you wont be able to have children the surgery isn't always successful good luck
