I would have to think so. Looking at Wikipedia's list of upcoming episodes, I doubt that there's going to be a series conclusion. The only way there wouldn't be a fourth season is if something falls through behind the scenes.

I don't know but the way they have been advertising this week it looks like this Sunday alot of unanswered questions will be answered. And I hope so because honestly it is getting a little confusing at times.
