!st separte the baby fish. If the mom is still giving birth, then separte her as well 'coz others will see the babies as great fish food. U don't wanna lose ur new babies.
2nd. Give the babies fresh clean water for the 1st 2 days. Basically, the babes will start learning swiiming the min. they're born if they're strong enough, others will probably take a few hours. If some1 doesn't swim for a day, then unfortuantely it might die.
3rd. Cut worm-like food for them. Drop them down to the jar where u contain the babes, make the food sink so the babes can catch easily. They like to chew on their food. Most tropical fish babes will know to eat after they're born for 2 days. Their eyes can notice the all the simple movements just sink the food down & they'll catch them themselves.
4th. Clean water & refresh it. Keep the babes' jar extra special clean 'coz they need special cares.
5th. Keep the babes sparate until they grow almost as big as the others.

How tremendous is your tank? does it have hiding places? which include rocks, driftwood, flora and so on? If it does some children may be able to live on. you are able to attempt to position them in a nursery yet they are small and difficult to seize. no longer to point that they are fragile and may get harm in case you take advantage of a internet. once you've stay flora on your tank, the toddler fish will feed from tiny micro organisms that come from the flora till they are large sufficient to devour conventional nutrients. once you do not have any flora you grab slightly of lettuce, placed it in a tumbler of water lower than the sunlight. even as the water starts off to develop right into slightly greenish you pour it on your tank. toddler fish love that stuff. you need to purchase particular toddler fish nutrients yet I guess the guy fish on your tank will devour it till now the children. some fish are sure to die yet others will live on presented they have places to disguise...

Just make sure you keep the grown ups fed or they will eat them all... Some will get eaten anyway. Let nature take its course in there. If you get too many fish then find a friend that has a tank too and give them some. Thats what we did.

What kind of fish are they? I remember getting a separator pod inside the tank to keep the babies from being food for the adults. Check out your pet store for one. I don't think the food should be any different.

you should go back to the place where you got them and ask..

you'd better hurry because some fish species eat their babies when they don't have enough food (it's not a joke!).

good luck
