i need to get pregnant within 15 dyas and was my last menstrual period on 24th july 2006. what should i do except calculating my ovulation time and do sex. is there any other things i can do? please help me and give me a suggestion.

I hope you are well established and financial able to take care of your child. If so, have continuous sex or run a sex clinic with your partner or husband 15 days straight. It will be the best time of your life. Enjoy

Its up to God honey. You can't make yourself get pregnant in 15 days. The only thing you can do is have sex on your most fertile days, that will increase your chances.

It all depends on your cycles,how long they average,
and when you being to ovulate.I would first go to your
GYN to begin a check up,make sure everything
appears alright,and begin taking prenatal vitamins.
You may want to buy a ovualtion test to see when
your actually ovulating.Then again,just relax and have
fun with it.
