I had a great experience yesterday.I beleive the woman next door exposed herself to me when she was laying on a lounge chair in her yard with a sun dress on and no underware.She bent her knees all the way up showing all of herself and stayed like that for a long time knowing I was there..My question is,,What does she want me to do..If a next time happens how should I react,,Does she just want me to look,,or to act ?

I think it could mean that she is an exhibitionist and gets a thrill from exposing herself in public, or it could mean that she likes you and wants you to like her also. You'll never know unless you at least go over and say Hi to her. If it was a 'great' experience, you must find her attractive. Don't be frozen with fear. At the very least you're getting a nice show out of it, and if you show her that you appreciate it, you may end up getting a lot more ;)

Maybe your neighbour is on heat and wants to mate with you as female cats do when in season. We humans are animals after all except we aren't keen on getting ourselves speyed or neutred. If you feel prompted 'to act' ask her if she is preparing herself for an internal examination at the gynacologist's clinic or if she is using the UV rays to destroy thrush.

Sounds like she just wants to use you. I have never heard of a female doing that. That's just weird. If i were u, i would stay away. Smells pretty fishy 2 me. Pardon the pun!

you should definetly act. a girl dosnt do that to just any guy you know! the next time she does that come over to her that night when she is in her house! ( if you do it to her while she is showing herself it could be awkward for you ) ask her if she wants to go to dinner. but when you do that... be prepared! know where you are going to go! girls hate when you ask them out to dinner and then you dont even know where you are going. good luck!
