Absolutely. When you watch the game on TV, no matter how big your screen is, there's only so much the networks show you.
When you're at the game, you can see the whole field. You can see the play as it develops. You can see substitutions. You'll feel the energy of the crowd. You won't get any of that watching TV.

Obviously you have never been to a "pro" game before, or at least not for your favorite team. I saw my first game in Denver and it was AWESOME!!! The feeling of "being there" is indescribable. Sort of like sex. You have to try it to REALLY know how it feels. I also went to the last game in Mile High. That was an experience I will never forget. So who ever your team is, when you go see them at their home stadium, as long as you are a fan, you will be welcomed with open arms by people you have never met in your life. If you get the chance, got to a tailgate party pre game. They are on every teams web page and if you get there soon enough, you get free food, and if you are old enough, FREE BEER! So my answer to your question is a resounding YES! Go Broncos!

The BEST seat is always in the house right in front of your TV and not to mention the cheapest too. But unfortunately nothing beats going to the game and scream your lung out with that dude sitting next to you you never met.

Yes, but its not worth going to a bar and watching it on a small TV. I have a 56" Flat Screen HDTV and I just get vodka and chips and sit on my couch =)

In a way it's not, but nothing beats the atmosphere of an important football game in person.

I used to think the same thing. But every once in awhile, when your team is kicking butt or it is a chamionship game, oh my goodness, the energy is so awsome! Football for ever any way you can get it.

you can't get the energy of the game the same way as you do live.
that's like asking if you can coach the game is it even worth ever playing?
