He didn't send children. He sent adults. And, as much as I agree that his reasoning was all a load of horseshit, they volunteered to go into the military. They weren't forced. So they knew the risks they were taking when they signed up. No one is to blame but themselves for being naive enough to believe that they would never be called into action.

If you had any idea what you were talking about, you would not make such stupid statements.
I held your same opinions, until I lived in the Middle East for five years. Then my mind was changed, not be rhetoric, but by hard facts and evidence. You people who think this is all about oil just don't know what you're talking about. Don't you realise we have enough oil in our very own country to keep us going without foreign oil for the next 300 years?!
You can absolutely say, however, that President Bush is protecting American interests -- it's called the American people.
If you don't like that or accept it, feel free to go live in a country where you if you get raped, you'd better have five males who witnessed it, or YOU will be the one getting your head chopped off.
Like going to the grocery store in relative peace and safety? How about going to the store for ice cream and getting blown up? I've seen it.
Like being able to ride the bus to work and save money on gas? How about getting blown up for your trouble? I've experienced it.
Be glad that Bush has the stones to try to stop it, instead of ignore it like Clinton did. We were attacked seven times between 1993 and 2001, and Clinton did NOTHING -- each unanswered attack making them more bold and more likely to do it again. Fact.

Children? What are you talking about? All military personel are 18 years of age minimum which means they are adults. If you want to seek some children murderers, go find some muslims who strap on bombs to 10 and 12 year old children who know no better and send them to die. What about the muslims who attack people of other religions because they are not muslim and then put their women and children in front of their hide-outs so they get killed first? Bush is not the person you need to be looking for pal.

Bush did not send American Children to die. Bush sent the US Military into Action. Those that make up the Military are willing men and women that volunteered to defend their country and support their President. Nobody held a gun to their head or twisted their arms and forced them to enlist. That is the attitude of the American Military.
The opinion that you are attempting to push about sending children to die is not the correct one, nor is it the one thought of by our soldiers overseas. Listen to them, watch the news, watch the Pentegon Channel, read military magazines, talk to returning veterans, and talk to older veterans from previous wars. You will find that you are standing on the wrong foot, with the wrong people.
We make our stand there.....or we make it here.

Since there is no draft and the "children" as you call the 18 yr old men and woman all had the choice to sign up and as the polls in the military shows a majority if not all of them are willing to die for there country........to save freedoms like stupid questions that insult the soldiers that would give their lives for people like you.....

i think he did what he had to do!!! Why is everyone so down on him for trying to protect our country? At the beginning of this EVERYONE wanted to go to war because they came over here and did the unthinkable, but now you all are running and saying " Oh why is he doing this? It is so terrible andhe is an aweful person." Those men and women are over there because they want to be!!! They have trained long and hard to protect this country and they find it an honor to actually be able to fight for our freedom and our lives and the lives of those innocent people who died at 9/11 when they didn't have to. If you can't support our president then you are no better than those terrorists that did this to our country. GOD BLESS PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH!!!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Absolutely NOT! I think George Bush, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove and every Rep that ever voted for either of these last two wars should be required to send all of their 17+ yr old children to the war in an infantry role. That might make them think twice before they go to war.

I actually remember the exact quote he used: "Okay, I'm sending you all to die and be maimed for total BS reasons."
You should film documentaries like Michael Moore. Just kidding. Your question is specious at best.

CONGRESS signed the war documents,.
Learn gov't too, while you're at it.
Congress agreed with the President 100%, including the likes of Kerry, Hillary, etc. oh.. yeah.. and should I mention most of the WORLD?
Things get tough and people like you chump out. I'd hate to have the likes of you covering MY back

How right you are!! He didn't have to do that. He could have waited for other people to kill and maim our children by flying airplanes into their homes and schools or bombing their busses and subways. Is that what your "BS reasons" means?
