i need help on picking a good hotel in manchester city centre for 2 nites stay can any1 give me any good suggestions of a hotel thanks

Hello
I work in the city centre, you're better off going to the Novotel on Portland Street. This means you're bang in the city centre and have got China Town about 2 minutes away plus all the pubs etc. Enjoy.

no experience of Manchester, but check out www.lastminute.com for hotels... there are plenty to chose from.

i stayed there for a footie match last year overnight, think the place was copperpots B&B.... was nice
