I seriously doubt it. The rational person test is generally applied in these kinds of circumstances. It goes like this, "would a rational person continue with this course of action?" or something like that depending on the situation. so for this the question would be, "Would a rational person take the word of a random stranger without consulting a known, trusted expert in the field of study before attempting one of the remedies presented?" the answer would hopefully be no. everyone with a health issue should only use this as one of many resources to deal with a health problem, and it should be considered a low accuracy resource.

I doubt anyone could be sued on this because the advice was solicited through this forum, not a professional office. Also, since there is no way to verify if anyone is an expert in the area in which they're answering, I think it's kind of "let the "buyer" beware". Trust, then verify.

If you only give your opinion and state it is your opinion there is no reason for a lawsuit. I would be very careful about adults giving advice to kids though, That could get pretty tricky.
