I am in Maryland, near Baltimore and we have a place called "Night-time Pediatrics" they are open till 12 every day.
See if you can find one in your phone book. They are a chain-like corporation that is spread over the U.S.
Otherwise you'll have to pay big bucks at the hospital.

No. Most close at 7pm. Why in the world would you keep your child in a center for so long?
