What you are seeing in your urine is not fatty tissue, it is mucous strands. I would say first, you need to greatly increase the amount of water you drink on a given day. And you may also want to see your doctor to be sure you do not have an infection.

I'll assume you're a doctor and did a urinalyses to come to the conclusion that there's fatty tissue in your urine. Since you're a doctor, you should know.

Now if you're not a doctor, you shouldn't be assuming what is or isn't there. Go to a doctor if you are concerned.
