I personally think it rediculous to assume that we, as humans, are the only living beings in the universe, but I want other's opinions.

It's a mathematical CERTAINTY, that we are not alone. The Universe is practically endless. In our own section of the Milky Way Galaxy ALONE, there are hundreds of thousands of planets that could support human life. Now, multipy THAT, by infinity. *shrugs* We don't have the capability yet to get out there, but one day, we will. It's not a far stretch at all, to reason that the beings obviously OUT there, already HAVE the technology to come HERE. Anyone STILL spouting the Govermental Party Line that aliens don't exist, is deluding themselves. The very basics of math and science prove they HAVE to.

Well if you think about it, ETs have probably been visiting this planet since ancient times. If you look at the ancient Astronaut theory for example, you will see many intruiging things in Egyption Heiroglyphics (sorry i spelt it wrong) which show beings and space craft. It could be possible that many of our popular religions were inspired by Aliens. Perphaps the theories behind the anunaki are true, the human race was created by aliens in ancient times.

ok here goes! I've seen UFOs since I was 10 y/o. 1st one was in SF Cal, w/4 other kids. Then, many years later (while in the military) in Georgia and Germany. My wife saw a few UFOs independent from me also. Recently I've met a full-blown HYBRID!! A male who demonstrated 2 of his very unique powers to me in 2 separate, rather personal, events. These demos scared me so much - I've actualy experienced a bit of combat while on active duty - that I abandoned practically everything I owned and moved away and will NEVER return there again!! True story!

how do we or anyone for that matter say that we in fact are not alone. How do we know that our universe as we know it isn't just a molecule or spec of dirt on something somewhere else. If infinity exists then how would it even be imaginable to think of the actual size of what we call the "universe." Therefore I think it is safe to say that we are not alone

i think that aliens do exist and we are not alone in the universe. but we must think that it is nearly impossible to travel from one star system to the next. the aliens would have to be millions of years ahead to even travel from their world to ours. it is why the majority of things you see in the sky are planes, stars, or even weather balloons. but there is always the small percentage of ufos that are unexplained. which is why there is only a few alien civilizations out there that can travel between stars.

I think that they helped us a long time ago. Bible creation theory is just too plain stupid to believe, but then again I do believe in GOD. Either way we evolved somehow, and the jump from caveman to mathematical genius (pyramids, ect) is too major a shift to ignore. Check out the SUMERIAN history of their GODS, the ANNUNAKI. Their written texts describe something that happened when their gods came to earth. Many of the writtings state some pretty bizzare occurances that lead me to believe that we might have been approached in our past. I won't go into it, but you should go see for yourself. p.s. let me know what you think. good luck (check out the source for the website to sumerian annunaki)

I have to agree with you. I have no proof. I have never had any encounters but are we really the only living creatures in the universe? It's hard for me to believe that earth is the only place with life.

i would have to say that, as big as the galaxy is, and as many galaxies as there are in the universe, we have to be pretty damn ARROGANT to think that we are the only intelligent life-forms in the universe.

and, of course, we humans are not the only living beings on the planet...there are cats and dogs and horses and whales and monkeys and ............
