there must be nurseries around the place.. however if get the plant in a pot you will have the petals and flowers.. but if transplant it you will have to wait for some time till the roots get the grip of new location.. and than it will bloom as u want it ..enjoy the perfume and the bloom

I bought a jasmine in a hanging basket that has beautiful, small, white flowers. I also bought a confederate jasmine that is a vine and I planted it outside. I live in central Texas and they are bought doing great. I bought them at Lowe's.

Try the Home Depot...they also back their plants with a one-year guarantee in case they die
