to have bonding time with us.I have a teacher his my science instructor every time I see him feel like I want him to be my dad for some reason because his very playful and he has a good sense of humor. By the way his italian and his 60 years old. What should I do to get my father going before he loses me.I dont feel that he likes me coz he likes my brother than me.

invite your dad for some weekends activities. make sure your will have fun and talk a lot

Moms and Dads love all their children. Sometimes it seems that your dad likes your brother more but he probably likes the activities he does with him- boy stuff. Your mom probably likes to do more girl stuff with you too! You should invite your dad to do things girls and boys like together, like the museum, movies, swimming, or one of many other things you both will like. Make sure you give lots of hugs. Make a special time to be with your dad at least once a week. You don't have to do anything special, just talking is great. I am a man with 2 boys and 1 girl and they're all special in their own way. Tell your Dad you need to meet with him and ask if you can make an appointment. Once you have a few minutes of his undivided attention tell him just what you wrote here and enlighten him as to how you feel. Once you've done that the ball is in HIS court and it's up to him, the adult, to begin to heal the relationship. If he doesn't take advantage of the knowledge, you've done all you can. Let him lose you.

ask your dad to make time for you cause he'll miss out cause oneday you won't have time for him. talk to him tell him exactly what you just told me.
