My husband and I experienced something with another couple that NONE of us could logically explain. This happened in Tucson, AZ just a few years ago. Tucson is home to Davis Montham Airforce base, Hughes Aircraft and Bombier Guidance Systems: all within a central location to one another. My husband and I were on a long stretch of road (Mission Road) that presents a great view of the entire city. We were traveling south when two orbs, one green, one red, came up from the desert behind a small hill. They continued UP until these strange lights appeared from nowhere in the sky. The orbs headed toward these lights and then, one by one, the white lights in the sky disappeared. There was another couple behind us that saw the same thing. In fact, the man kept saying, "tell me you saw that". The strange thing was there was absolutely NO sound. No animals were making noise, which was normal, no sound from the two orbs or the white lights. About 30 seconds after the white lights disappeared, two jet fighters came into the area, circled and left. We stood there in stunned silence for about 5 minutes. The girl from the car that stopped was scared to death and begged to leave. After the jets left, the animals began to make sound again. When we left that spot, we couldn't speak for several minutes and then began to discuss what we had seen and what we thought about it. The white lights disappeared as if they were in a straight line and something covered them. This was really a strange encounter. When we got home we actually reported it. It took us several weeks before we admitted to friends and family as to what we saw.

I'll bet you get some good stories here!

The sad thing is, taking a sober, realistic, scientific view for all this stuff sort of kills the mystery. And where's the fun in that?? UFO stories are fun...and always will be, just like urban legends.

Still, like some people have said, "If even 1% of 1% of the stories have genuinely unexplainable truth behind them...wow!"

But this has to be strictly confidential. A disc shaped aircraft full of lights landed in backyard without making any noise and only the light was seen. I tried taking a picture of this for record but within a second it vanished as a thin dot of light. The entire backyard was smelling of fragrance like that of in Rose flower. There was some marking on the ground which looked like an intelligent writing. I went to grab my camera to take a picture of this to study and by the time it was pouring cats and dogs and all traces disappeared. Apparently it was trying to tell me something. I still have not lost hope and it will perhaps return at a later date. All my neighbors to whom I had confessed just laugh it off and look at me in a funny way. So that is it.

Well, i think in the first place, you have to establish if UFO's are true and genieu, personally i think there is no thing as such, the so call sighting people claim they have witnessed, i don't think they(people) are knowledgeble enough to explain. so some call them extra terretial or UFO. personally i think those instances are spiritual rather than any being from another planet.

Try reading "missed time", I think is the title, I read it over twenty years ago but it always stayed with me, why I don't know. It's about Betty and Barney Hill, I remember their names due to the Flintstones, setting out in their car from upper New York to Montreal on a holiday and they both miss a day from their lives. I read the other day that Barney has passed away but Betty is still alive. It is a very good read.
