J.K. Rowling said, "One character got a reprieve, but I have to say two die that I didn't intend to die." Although I don't want him to, I think that Harry will die with Voldemort. I hope Malfoy turns to the good side, though.

Here's what HPANA has to say:
JK Rowling's star wizard will die by the end of her Harry Potter book series, according to a 53% majority of over 15,000 votes cast in HPANA's informal poll. Most fans indicated Harry would sacrifice himself to save loved ones before the end of book seven.
We asked, "Will Harry Potter survive the series and become an adult?"
Here's the rundown as of this story (voting is still open):
41%: No, he'll sacrifice himself to save his loved ones.
29%: Yes, they all live happily ever after.
12%: Yes (for some other reason).
9%: No. If he's not killed, Jo will be hounded to write more.
5%: Yes, though it'll be at St. Mungo's.
2%: No (for some other reason).
The author has playfully hinted -- more than once -- at her leading character's unsure future (at least as far as fans are concerned; Rowling herself knows exactly how the series will end, having already written the final chapter).
We can only wonder if Jo voted in the poll, sometime between taking care of her newborn daughter and sealing up plans for the release of her highly anticipated sixth novel, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. (I just hope he's not whacked by evil French Deatheather Guillaume de Broggy in a deadly duel.)

The 7th and final book in the Harry Potter series, is the least we know about currently. We do know that J. K. Rowling has said she has no further plans for books after the seventh book. Warner Bros. has also indicated that there will only be 7 movies. But the real question people are wondering, will it be Harry and/or Voldemort that dies? Rowling has now said in two interviews that Harry might not survive to the end of book 7. The general thought is that Harry will not die, but let speculation and rumors run wild, because there is a lot that could still surprise us. Rowling is known for her obscure and creative endingst. Till then, here is what we know about the 7th book and possible rumors into what might happen.
Rowling has said in a recent interview that we will be told what James and Lily Potter did when they were alive and how they became so wealthy. She also said that there are going to be more deaths in the coming books.
Hermoine will become Headmistress of Hogwart's in the future. Ron will be an Auror.
Malfoy will join Harry Ron and Hermione in order to help defeat Lord Voldemort. This is because his father had betrayed him and Malfoy felt hhorribal and wanted to get back at his father. MORE TO *** LATA!!!!but dont get toooooooooooooo spoiled

As much as I don't like it, I think it is totally possible that J.K. Rowling might kill off Harry. If you remember the article, she said that there is a good side to killing off your main character. When she is dead and gone, no one will be able to come back and write Harry because he already died; it would be satisfactory to know that no one will come back and take over you masterpiece.
Here is a list of people besides Harry that I think might perish.
Ron: Besides being Harry's best mate, we haven't really seen him prove himself in times of danger and battle. He showed his strengths back in Book 1 when during the giant chess match during the hunt for the Philosopher's Stone. There is a theory that Ron will sacrifice himself for Harry in the final match against Voldemort.
Pettigrew: Do I have to explain it? Let's see... He betrayed the Potters, he helped Voldemort get his body back, and is an all-around bad guy. I think it's time to go, and that the life-debt that he has to Harry will be involved somehow.
Draco: I think that apart from being "bad", Draco is really a tragic character. His family are Death Eaters. He's got a lot to live up to. I got the kind of feeling that he was forced in the Book 6 to serve Voldemort. All the stress he underwent, the frustration, the anxiety... I mean, the poor boy was misguided. Remember that he is only about 17. People can make horrible mistakes when they are at that age. Unfortunately in Draco's case, it might cost him his life. He's in too deep.
Professor Trelawney: I think there is a possibility of her death in Book 7. She's always predicting how people will die, and seeing strange, dark omens everywhere. I think that is a kind of subtle foreshadowing. She sees death everywhere, why can't it be hers? I just wonder how this would play out, and how important it would be to the actual plot.
Percy: Hmm... Anyone sure which side he is really on?
Who will get a reprieve? (JKR said in a very recent interview that she gave a certain character a reprieve from dying) I have an inkling that it is one of the Dursleys.... or Snape.

From what the author has said, I lean towards Harry being removed. She's worried about other writers doing spin-offs, and figures if she kills off Harry, that's the end. I would rather he live, for the sake of all the readers who have been pulled so deeply into the story, especially the younger ones. Bad enough she killed off Dumbledore, who was a father figure to many of them. I figure Draco may be the sacrifice, feeling remorse and dieing while trying to save Harry. But, who knows?

I think that Malfoy will get killed when he turns back to the good side, or to save someones life.
I think she might let Harry be killed to really finalize the series. But it should be some dramatic, heroic way where he saves Hermione and Ron to go on and get married and become the most powerful couple ever.
I also think Neville will grow up through all this self sacrifice and shake off his awkwardness to become the wizard he was meant to be.

I think Ron and Hermenia (who likes each other) will both die, but, they will end up being together for eternity, and, be the "guardian angels" of Harry.
In the last installment, Harry will continue to show strength and be as powerfull and much loved. He will then become a teacher and then, many years later, will end up being what Dumbledorf was.
Just my theory.

I heard Harry Potter will be killed. Because it's the last book and it will make the story be more dramatic.

Draco will stand up against his father and join the 'good' wizards. As for living and dieing, I have no idea, I don't want anyone to die. Maybe Lupine will sacrifice himself.
