Stop using iTunes and use this

You probably have to get something that has an AOL free trial ( at Taget or Walmart, etc.) then when you download the free trial got to extras then click on Itunesand it will start you with the downloading process. If this is not what you need help with email me cause i also have a Nano. Also in order to download, after you have the first version you need to download the latest one. It took me 4 hours to download but it is worth it

Go to fry's electronics if they have one near you, and get the book called "the manual they should have included with the ipod nano." It will answer that question and oh so much more.

When you download a song it will be saved into a folder. Just right click on the song and select "open with" and select "itunes" then the song will open in your itunes folder.
