Well, it's good that you want to become healthy, but don't plan on changing yourself too drastically! Your a unique person, and no matter what the style or trends are now, don't change that :)

If you want to lose weight, the first step is changing your diet. Try to stick to healthy foods, and eat as many vegetables and fruits as you can. But make sure you get in protein, carbohydrates, and dairy too! But whatever you do, no skipping meals or eating less. The reason why you want to do this is because eating less slows down your metabolism, causing you to lose weight slower. Eating just the right about will increase your metabloism, but as long as your eating foods low in calories, you'll burn more than you take in. But you also have to excersise! Workout for 20 minutes at least 4 times a week, more if you have time. Try to get involved in some sports - it'll be way easier and much more fun.

As for acne, changing your diet should help a bit, but you need to make sure you're washing your face too. Wash your face twice a day (no more than that - washing your face too much could you more acne) with a deep cleanser and then rub on a moisturizer.

Good luck! :) And remember, don't let anyone get you down.

Reduce your calorie intake by about 250 - 300 calories a day. That might sound like a lot, but really it's not. This will help you lose weight fairly painlessly.

Go to your local mall with a department store in and and go to a cosmetics counter and get a free makeover. Be prepared to buy a lipstick or foundation or something to be polite; those girls have to sell so many dollars an hour in order to maintain their salary and their job.

Don't buy designer bags, shoes clothes, etc. You can buy some very nice accent pieces for your current wardrobe like sweaters, scarves, stuff like that.

A manicure is a good idea, but don't go for fake nails. They really chew up your natural nails something fierce, and it also gives you the unspoken rep of being "real."

Smile and be friendly, honest and "real" with people. Don't talk about stuff just to have something to say. Make sure you know what you're talking about so that you are credible.

Confidence is nothing more than knowing what you know -- not guessing, and having the ability to say it well.

Go for it!

Eat 3 healthy meals per day. Lots of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and milk. Easy on the fats and sweets.

Regular exercise. 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. Add a little strength training to add muscles and burn a few more calories.

For the skin, use acne products with salicylic acid. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twice a day (Cetaphil is great), and moisturize every time you cleanse with an oil-free moisturizer. Drying out the skin only causes it to produce more oil. Add a gentle exfoliation every other day to remove dead skin cells.

Tanning. Use a sunscreen every day. You don't want to look 50 when you are only 30. If you do choose to tan, either use a self-tanner, or wear sunscreen in the tanning bed. Build the tan gradually. 3 months is a good period of time to build a tan.

Manis/pedis. I personally love them and will drop the $40 every two weeks for them. It's worth it for me because they are very relaxing. Plus, pretty nails are nice.

Wardrobe. Take the time to find out what fits YOU and looks good on YOU. Classic pieces are always better than the trendy clothes. They last longer, and you get more wear for your money. Please don't be a label victim.

Last, but certainly not least, love yourself. These tips are for being healthier and taking care of yourself, but if you don't love yourself, then no amount of health and beauty tips will help you. Find something you enjoy, and DO IT.

Well let me be the mature one for your question. Everyone else can go suck dick cuz that's straight up wrong. But anyways... For being over weight...start eating healthy meaning little snacks throughout the day with fruits, salads, fish. have a light breakfast(one egg, and a piece of toast and one peice of fruit) and dinner because the snacks though the day will make up for everything. For exercise you need to do cardio. Walk fast for an hour or run everyday. make sure you stretch your muscles and go to the gym to tone your body meaning lift light weights. You don't want to gain muscle because that will cause more weight.
Take a multi vitamin to keep you a little more healthy.
When it comes to acne... use a face wash with sylic acid in the morning and at night. Use a light, oil free moisturizer. Wash your face with warm water but when you rinse the soap off you should use cold water to close your pores. That stops oil from forming to quickly. and the main thing.... please have confidence in yourself... you need to be secure in yourself enough to do all of this and keep at it if you want it to happen. Write yourself a schedual and stick to it. and remember these things will take time so don't give up. Just mainly give yourself a routine and take care of yourself. Good luck.

As for confidence you need to love yourself, flaws and all. For weight loss accept that this process will take a while, it doesn't happen over night. It is only safe to lose about 2 pounds a week. Start with exercise and watching what you eat. Increase the vegetables and fruit, cut down on sweets, and eat smaller portions and more times a day. Its been proven that eating four to six small meals instead of three big meals increases your metabolism. And make sure to eat breakfast because that will help too.

The first thing to realize is that you're great and anyone who doesn't like you because of how you look is just missing out. You are who you are so be okay with that. Change your diet and drink LOTS of water - at least 2 litres a day. Raw cucumber can help to balance the ph in your skin. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time - cycling is an excellent form of exercise and gets you out in the fresh air. Good luck.

First of all, you have to want to improve yourself for yourself. Will you be happier thinner? Heck! who wouldn't?!

For your diet, easy ways to control your weight that I've found include cutting back on bread and sweets. Drink A LOT of water, at least one liter per day. Devote yourself to at least 15 minutes of exercise per day and increase by 2-5 minutes every day after the first 3 weeks. By exercise, I mean EXERCISE walk, swim, jog, take an aerobics or pilates class - exert yourself. Sweat!

I believe once you change your eating habits the acne will clear up on its own.

For your wardrobe, it's better to have a few quality pieces that make you look good than a closet full of crap. Invest in your wardrobe in things that make you look and feel good. Talk to the salesperson and be honest about your body shape and what you want to accomplish with a certain outfit. Do you want to look taller? Enhance your bust? Complement your coloring? Try on a lot of different things in different styles, colors and shapes. Now is the time to experiment with new looks.

The key to being irresistable is easy. Be more interested in other people than you are yourself. Smile. Be friendly and don't be afraid to try new things (WARNING! Drugs, binge drinking and casual sex are not NEW THINGS!). Go to different clubs, art galleries, shows, the library whatever and talk to the people there. You will make more interesting friends that way. Don't be afraid to join a book club, a fan club, a political organization or volunteer. Life is so full of opportunities for you to improve yourself by helping others - don't waste it.

Go on a sensible diet. One you can stick too. It's no good to go on a real strick diet that you'll only give up in a few days or weeks. Think bake or broil foods not fried.
Try laying off or seriously cutting back stachy foods, such as potatoes, macroni, spaghetti, and white bread.
Cut out fat foods, foods which have "high futrose corn syrup" carbonated wated, caffine,.
Eat less meat, and lean when u do. eat more fruit and fish.
take some vitimin b, c, and iron for your system, and vitimin e for your skin, nails. dial soap will aid in you fight against acne. You may have to see a doctor also.
clean nails are neccessary to your over all health, including toe nails.
drink low fat milk or soy milk.. decaf tea amd caffee, fruit drinks and plenty of water.
If you walk a lot (mile a day) and drink plenty of water (maybe small amounts of gatorade ) it'll nearly gurantee you weight loss.

So many think there is some trick to losing weight. It's simply common sense. Have the will power to eat healthy and not overeat. Only eat until you're not hungry anymore. Eat as naturally as possible (as few processed foods as possible)
Exercise! This doesn't mean you have to be a champion athlete. Just do simple exercise. I like the old-fashioned 80's workout. (sit-ups, push-ups, leg lifts, etc.) If you lack motivation tell yourself, I will not end this day without doing 1 push-up, 1 sit-up, etc. Once you've done one, you'll do more because it will seem silly not to.
Skin problems? Try proactive if you haven't already. And lastly, my favorite advice for anything physical: drink lots and lots and lots of water!
You can do it!

I think tanning is just going to make things worse because you can get skin cancer, plus you are going to be watched by all the cameras the little perverts who work there install in the walls to see girls naked. And for losing weight, you may want to try working out. I may have heard a "couple" times that works pretty good for burning calories.
