I'm from India,a country which has both sides of the coin.We have the deserts & rivers,ravines &
mountains,cultivated & barren lands,extreme climates from -15degrees winters to sweating
48Degree summers, the wetlands & drylands,
forests with flora & fauna, the big cities that are
modern-everyone has lavish homes,plasma Tvs
SUVs, RollsRoyce etc, alongwith our villages
where the poor brethern still have to walk 5 miles to fetch a pot of water.We have our good potiticians like Late Gandhi Dynasty and
the current crop of get rich quick guys.We have
the peaceful folks & terorists. We have so many
religions, customs,festivals,languages, each so
much different from the other.The super rich who spend Rs.8000/-for dinner party, and the
workers earning Rs.80/-per day for a 10 hour
job.But somehow, we all survive together.
A good example is the Calcutta,crowded with
so many modes of transport:Bicycle,tricycle rickshaw,car,scooter,mopeds,autorickshaws,
horse & bullock carts,man pulled carts & tongas
victorias, trams,buses,electric buses,railways,
underground metro,boats & ferries.
Its a big chaos, yet we manage.
Like every body likes their country, we too like ours, and we are proud specially for he fact that
we survive inspite of some many diversities.
