Here are some ideas. You may choose what you like because each person is different:
Keep a rose by your bed all the time. When you are both relaxing together take a petal and rub it softly against your partners skin.
Surprise your partner with a hug from behind while they are busy doing something.
Kiss someone when they are in the middle of a sentence.
Write I Love You on a piece of paper and put it in their pants pocket while they are taking a shower. They'll be sure to think of you later that day.
Go to an art museum together.
Take a long drive in the country.
Keep something special from a day you spent together. Show it to your partner after a few weeks have passed and remind them of how nice a time you had together.
Speak softly and kindly when your mate is having a bad day.
Put a flower on your lover's pillow.
Make up a secret code and page your partner with it all day.
Surprise your partner with a dozen romantic E-cards.
Turn your air condition a little colder in the summer, rent a romantic movie and curl up under a blanket together on the couch. (Don't forget to burn candles)
Rent a convertible for the weekend and drive to the beach.
Call in to work sick on the same day.
Buy a gift for your partner every day for a week.
Hold hands.
Take a long bath with lots of bubbles
Leave a trail of rose petals from the door to your bedroom for your partner to follow when they come in from work.

Being romantic is a two way street, you shouldn't be doing all the work. But a good start is a well made meal with a properly set table. Some soul music playing in the background of dimly lit room.
Put a small table in the bedroom to make it more intimate and get some new bed linen and pot pourri.

LISTEN. And observe. And think. What does he like to do? Sharing a man's activities (even if at first try they are really, really boring to you) is about the greatest compliment you can give. Look after yourself, health and hygiene as well as figure and clothes. And if your husband doesn't like makeup, don't wear it when you want to be romantic. My husband hates to kiss lipstick, so I seldom wear any if we're together. And be a happy, contented person if at all possible--it shows and a smile is much sexier than a cross look.

Get a sitter (if you have kids)....skip dinner, prepare a 2 way dessert, one that you can eat and have fun with!! he might feel kinda cruddy when he gets home if he has a physically demanding job, run a bath surrounded by candles.....and make sure you meet him at he door with nothing on!! and if your feeling really confident, give him a sexy little dance!!
