my little sis is 11 2!she weighs almost 100 lb. she thinks she's fat. the best advice is to just be the way you r now and you will soon realize theres nothing wrong with being 11 and weighing 103 lb. but if your truly worried about it then exercise!

Hey kiddo, you are not fat. You're 11 and still have a long way to grow. I know this fact doesn't help you now and I'm sorry you're feeling so down. But you really do need to give yourself time. Just make sure to eat healthy foods (seriously limit soda and sweets and be sure to get your calcium), get outdoor exercise (play!), and enjoy your life. Every morning look in the mirror and say "I look simply MaRvElOuS!" This is the best thing you can do for both your outside and your inside.

103 is not fat. I try telling my daughter and her friends not to worry about these sorts of things until they get to be over 21. Girls tend to gain weight in their early teens, but also tend to grow into it. Don't go on any diets or try anything stupid (like purging). Just eat healthy and stay away from Mickey D's (if you must have fast food, try Subway)

Remeber muscle weights more than fat...and depending how tall you will displace the weight differently. Remeber that celebrity sized body is not heathy for all people. Serrena Williams is a great tennis player, but she will never be as small as Venus. That does not mean she is any less attractive or fat, she is just built differently.

This is crazy...when I was 11 I was still playing with my Barbies and you are worried that you are fat. You say yourself that you are skinny, so what help do you need? I suggest going to your school's guidance counselor with your fat obsession. I would hate to see you heading towards an eating disorder. Good luck, sweetie.

Start with simple exercise like jumping jacks or leg raising. Switch up ur diet with fruits and vegetables each day. Also cut down on what you eat. Research shows you gain wait or get fat by eating too much of one food group for example eating Mc.Donald's everyday.

103 is not fat! If you were an adult people would say you were anerxic. You still have a growth spurt coming up where you will get taller and slim out.

well its not bad being 103 lbs. because your still skinny. just watch what you eat so then you don't get bigger on the outside.
