Let's look at the war crimes they've committed just in the last few weeks. They are attacking "means of communication, transportation, food production, water supply, and other aspects of infrastructure," with deliberate violence designed to be "all encompassing” in scope. (This strategy--because it targets food and water--it should be noted, is, on its own, a war crime.)
The Nazis in World War II had a tactic, especially popular on the Eastern Front, of leveling any town or neighborhood where partisans were active. It's a tactic that the Israeli Army has been officially using against Palestinians for years, and they are now using it in Lebanon.
American forces did the same thing in Vietnam, and they're doing it now in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Israel is also guilty of violating the Laws and Customs of War on Land (Hague IV October 18, 1907, Article 50) and the Fourth Geneva Convention - Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (August 12, 1949, Part III Section I Article 33), both war crimes and judging by the Nuremberg Trials, crimes against humanity. I don't know if they meet the textbook definition of terrorists, but they most certainly cannot claim the moral high ground.

It seems America is treating Israel as one of its States! However atrocious Israel's behavior is, and it has been so since its unjust and illegal birth back in the 1940s, USA will only pat on its back and discretely say 'Well done boy, keep up your good work!' That is exactly what Secretary of State Condi Rice is doing as she shuttles to the Middle East and adds oil to the Israeli fire engulfing the region! And, it seems she has fallen in love with Israel!
After the 9/11 tragedy, America has turned into a terrorist state while condemning some others for being so. What America did in the last century – supporting the regimes in countries such as Iraq and Iran – it is now doing so with terrorist states like Pakistan in the name of getting help from them in the fight against terrorism. But little does Bush Administration realize that Pakistan is taking American for a ride by getting as much economic and military aid as possible but it is still harboring terrorists and allowing terrorist operations from its land to create chaos in other parts of the world, as for instance in India in the past and most recently in Mumbai!
From what you say, one can conclude just by saying 'hypocrisy' is the order of the day in the present administration's stinking foreign and domestic policies! God save America and the world in the hands of Bush and Blair Co. Inc.!

yes I think America is 2 steps from being a terrorist nation. Did you know that Hitlers
concentration camp ideasfromwhat America did to the Indians? The army rounded us up slaughtered us it was even fashionable to have our scalps hanging in their parlors. Worst of all knowingly gave the Indians blankets contaminated with small pox virus
Yet they would put their heart and soul into freeing the prisons in Europe (ww2) and try "changing" Iraq, Vietnam
America says they are trying to bring peace and freedom. But really only use that as a cover up.

Your exactly right , we use that tactic when it's to our advantages , then yell foul if it goes against us . Most times our government will do this , without telling the public . So we are in the dark , unless someone talks . A lot of people in America , don't believe or won't believe that their country could do anything like that . We aren't the only nation that has and is doing it , all over the world..

We do, we have. The reason is that the UN is a puppet organization which the USA has complete control over. The US can do as it pleases, but will use the UN for international issues to make our actions more legit, that's all.
