No one forces you to do anything. I live in Florida and if everyone refused to work when it gets too hot, nothing would ever get done. I would say quit that job and get a wimpy job working inside where you have air conditioning. Mexicans will take your job away from you anyway if you complain.

no specific rules but all employers have a duty of care for their employees to have a healthy and safe working environment, and if that is not provided then the employee can resoprt to litigation
