Donate them toa local homeless shelter or half-way house.
They always need those things and will be delighted to get them.
Ronald MacDonald houses have their own fund raising systems. The local homes have very tight budgets.

Donate them to a local women's shelter. Often, the women who leave abusive relationships and seek refuge in these shelters do so in the middle of the night, with only the clothes on their backs. They have absolutely nothing. Gifts and donations such as toiletries go a long way towards helping them establish a sense of normalcy and routine, and help them get back on their feet again.

Donate them to Ronald McDonald House. They are always looking for people like you with toiletries.

Some toiletries have an expiration date.After you've checked them to make sure they aren't completely useless, donate them to a women's shelter.

You can keep certain make-ups for 1 yr sometime 18 months. Regift or have a garage sale. Or though it out.

I have a friend that sells them on E-Bay and actually gets some pretty good $$ for them. She does let people know if they are half empty. I myself give them to my nieces.

Some lotions/cosmetics go rancid over time so you might want to check and see if they are still good before you decide what to do with them.

Put them all together in a big bottle. Or use for travel, use for camping, or keep in your purse.
