In which aspect? In the moral aspect...alcohol is not illegal to purchase, however, marijuana is. Therefore, driving under the influence of alcohol is a bad choice that leads to an illegal activity, whereas driving under the influence of drugs is illegal all the way around.
With all of the propoganda that is in place today, anyone who drives drunk or impaired should know better.
On the scientific issue:
Both alcohol and marijuana slow the system down and make reaction time slow. Alcohol can make you pass out, therefore creating even more danger. Both alter the mind's perception, therefore a vehicle's speed can seem much faster or slower than it really is, and maintaining a vehicle lane becomes a difficult task because the impaired driver's perception of the lane is skewed. Also, the distance between cars becomes, whether in front or isn a lane travelling beside or in oncoming traffic becomes distorted.
Alcohol tends to intensify an emotion. Therefore if someone is very angry already, alcohol can bolster that emotion and make them even more angry, adding to the danger of getting behind the wheel.
Anyone who drives impaired, whether by alcohol or drugs, is an idiot. They mostly likely will injure or kill someone else before they hurt themselves.

honey there is three things that could kill ya while drivin, speeding, under the influence of booze and drugs. over where i live there are hundreds of accidents every single day so i guess booze and smoking weed make it worse though

Comsidering the number of deaths related to alcohol, I would say driving under the influence of alcohol is worse.

booze isnt illegal only if ur under 21 and there both dangerous.mariguana is illegal in anystate any age so try any unless u wanna get arrested

Booze- drunk people drive in the wrong lanes, aggressivley, without headlights, etc. Stoned people just drive reeeaally slow.

you can get the answer at your police or sheriff dept but it depends on the amounts. And usually it is alcohol....but believe it or not driving tired is as bad as both alcohol and marijuana
