Have you been to the Dr? I would assume you have but if they can not help which sometimes they cant ( my best friend in High school still wet her bed) I would just set your alarm at least once a night around 1 and get up and go... that should help and if it doesn't try it twice! I'm sure your just a heavy sleeper.. hope that helps:)

Ah...poor thing. Well this is something that you need to address with your parents. Schedule an appointment with your doctor to do a physical to see what may be up. Bed wetting can come from something psychologically (mental) being off track or stress perhaps. Sometimes bed wetting occurs from other problems too that are health related that you need to identify. But you'll never know unless you talk to your parents/guardians about your bed wetting and seek medical diagnosis. Good luck, things will work out.^@^

do you get to see both your parents and people you are close to on a regular basis . do you get abused at home or school, those are factors that cause people to wet the bed over the age of 9
