i'm a young girl, so i don't know what to wear.....

Last I checked punk rockers made a big point about wearing what they like.
So get yourself some pants that you think are good looking. Add chains or buttons or whatever if you think that's cool and there you have it.

Those black short-pants that the guy from AC/DC wears would be pretty cool. You know, just above the knee.
