like in a diver position, can you survive?

nope your arms would smash (not break but shatter), your body would slow very quickly you would probably bounce off the water first before going in - however your organs would contiune to move at your rate of falling until they too hit your rib cage and most likely turn to mush.

The surface tension of the water acts like a solid surface at high speeds. Reasons why belly flops hurt - water tension.

you would be luck if they could get you out of water in one piece

I don't know if you know this or not but when you jump from really high places and land in water it is like hitting cement. You would basically be committing suicide. Your internal organs would probalby be mush.
