No, your dad is WRONG. First of all, do you have any idea what the term "uncle tom" means? Here is the definition from "the urban dictionary"
The real uncle tom was a black man born into slavery who gave his life to protect other slaves. when his story was turned into a movie, the writers re-worked the script making uncle tom's character the opposite; a slave who was loyal to his master. unfortunately, this has become the most commonly known image of uncle tom. because of the film, the term "uncle tom" has become synonomous with "sellout", degrading the real uncle tom.
So, what does your dad mean by "All uncle toms hurt young boys"? Ask him to explain it a little better to you.

Sounds like your dad is what is known as a "bigot", and chances are little of what he says about so-called "Uncle Toms", "*******", "spics", "gooks", "kikes", etc. is anything close to truthful. Your dad probably grew up in a different era than us and was taught lies his whole life. Luckily for you, you're curious enough and have access to the truth; so please continue to seek it in earnest and I promise you will be a better person for it.
Unless your family originally came over on the Mayflower, chances are there were already millions of blacks here when his grandfather/great-grandfather/whoever hit our soil. I doubt you'll ever be able to change your father's mind or attitude about such things, but it makes me happy to know that you are searching for the truth.
And finally, to answer your question, the answer is NO. In fact, the rate of pedophilism (people who hurt young boys) is much much higher in caucasians (white people) than any other group in the country.

that is some serious narrow-a#* thinking! you're dad needs to pick up a book an get educated on the term uncle tom. he needs to wake up, get his out of his a#* and learn that it is that kind of thinking that is holding us back. how are we to move forward into the future when you have adults feeding the next generation garbage like that! it's an on going cycle. you need to end the cycle by being the example and gaining knowledge about reality. not bigotry.

Your dad is what is known as a racist, bigot, or whatever. He needs an attitude adjustment. We are all children of God, and we are not to discriminate other races, and who gave him the power and authority to judge anyone.

I sure hope your kidding. To characterize all people into a single narrow view is harmful and bigoted. For your own sake evaluate people on their own merits and not those of your father.
