Most Republicans, such as our Texas lovin' President, are Pro-Life (Anti-Abortionists), but at the same time are Pro-Death Penalty. Does this make any sense? If you're pro-life, aren't you against all forms of murder, even if it seems justified? Please explain to me how these people aren't considered hypocrites?

So its ok to murder someone if they've committed a crime (murder, rape, etc). Not ok to murder an unborn child. I still see the work murder. Isn't that are what jails for? Shouldn't the phrase PRO-LIFE, mean anti ALL murder?

Ahhhh, a question I have asked as well. Let me clarify it for you. They are not pro'life, they are anti-choice. It's not like if you keep that baby, they are lining up to help with day care, in fact they will cut the programs that support young single mothers. They also aren't lining up to adopt. They are for the death penalty because they like to play god, and judge who gets to live and who gets to die. It doesn't make any sense, and never will. If you could prove without a doubt that everyone on death row is guilty, then you could use the argument that they deserve it. I have 25 cases handy right now of people who we KNOW were put to death wrongfully. One case should be enough to suspend the use of the death penalty. They're a funny bunch, aren't they?

Maybe many of the rapes/murders/crimes against humans would not have happened if their mothers aborted them. Republicans, neo cons and the Christian right ARE hypocrits. Hey people, did you ever think that some of these people who "have a choice and choose to become crimminals" didnt have that much of an opportunity to make a better choice? Get off your high horses and take a look at what is really going on with people who are living in poverty. Sorry everyone cant be righteous like those who are Pro Death Penalty and Republican.

Pro-Life - because a "fetus" has committed no crime, it is pure.

Pro-Death Penalty - because a person who has murdered is not pure.

An unborn child has done nothing wrong. They have committed no crimes against anyone. Why should an unborn child have to pay for the irresponsible acts of their parents? (With the exception of rape or possible death)

A person who has murdered someone deserves to be killed in return.

Why do Dem's believe that it is ok to kill an innocent but thinks that a murderer has the right to live?

God's Law versus Man's Law in a nutshell.

It is said (according to the Bible) that we should not only respect God's Law, but Man's Law as well.

God's Law is the only law that shall ever provide True Justice (you cannot hide your sins). Man's Law will inevitably be far less Just.

Fair or not, Man's Laws attempt to balance what we know and what we can not possibly know. Sometimes, it's a matter of basic survival and maintaining some kind of order, even though it may not be true justice to all.

Neither abortion nor the death penalty are simple issues to address on this. I don't think either side can be 100% fair or just. On that same note, backing one, but not the other isn't a contradiction either. It's simply understanding the complexity and choosing the option you feel is the best we can do.

Unborn children are not a threat to society. Murderers are a threat to society. The only 100% garunteed way to protect society from repeat offenders is the death penalty. It is also a matter of justice to take the life of a murderer. It really isn't that hard to figure out if you give it a little thought.

So what if Jesus did exist? He would have truly existed, however the writers made up memories approximately his life making him appear as if a God. There are not the different valid information containing Chrst's life. the only ingredient we've is the Bible, which maximum folk critize as fake and not solid. yet, i visit instruct his life. at present's Catholic Bible, containing the comprehensive seventy 3 books, are translated copies no longer from the unique e book, yet from the revealed compilation of Johaness Gutenberg, the 1st revealed e book in life. maximum factors of the e book are lost perpetually, yet for some factors, particularly the hot testomony containing Christ's life, factors of the unique are nonetheless with us. a factor of Mark's e book continues to be right here, and is as previous through fact the Christian say ,while it became carbon-dated decrease back interior the 50's, around 2000 years in the past. In Mark 13:2, Jesus, be conscious-in line with-be conscious, no longer as vaguely as Nostradamus, predicts the destruction of the Jerusalem Temple, that's now the Wailing Wall, the western wall of the temple which surrounded it. The Wailing Wall continues to be in life and continues to be status. while Mark wrote it, some years after Christ's dying, the temple became nonetheless status. It took 70 years, till it became finally destroyed by the Romans. as a result, if the memories have been certainly pretend, how ought to they have predicted such journey? ============================= @konswayla what solutions do you want? do you want us christians to disprove god life? and besides isn't this what male witch needs to renowned? and a minimum of our solutions are much less risky in comparison once you answer to our questions on the subject of religion.

It absolutely makes sense. Killing people who take other people's lives is justice. These people had a chance to live and be productive, instead they choose to do evil and we make them pay for the choice.

As far as abortion goes, killing a baby out of YOUR own inconvenience is pure evil. A baby has never committed a crime against society so there is not obligation by society to take that life as their is with the death penalty.

COns say that "zygotes" are innocent "humans" even if a puppy dog inside a dog has more cerebral activity at the same gestation period, so therefore it's wrong.

They also think that murdering a retarded person for a crime is ok, even if his mentality is that of a 7 yr old kid.

I'm not a Christian, but let me say, you're reading the book well. Or maybe the book doesn't teach you anything about that. You need to read another book.
Btw, I agree with the first answer.
