Absolutely (unless it is lactose intolerant). And when my daughter was 10 months old we also fed her exactly what we ate, after putting it through a blender.
After that, we once tried Gerber's just to see how she'd like that. One spoon, she spit it out and refused it.

Gosh yes!!! Baby's are supposed to be put on whole milk at a year of age.
Actually my second child started taking whole milk at 9 months. Every other bottle she got during the day was whole milk the others being formula. She is a very healthy tall skinny almost 5 year old

Yes, in fact, that's what a pediatrician would recommend for your 1 year old, b/c it contains the most fat. However, do not replace formula with milk. Formula should be replaced with table food, etc and your baby should only receive 16 to 24 oz of whole milk a day.

Yes, you're supposed to give your baby whole milk, not 2% or lower until they are 5...
This is kind of dated info, my daughter is 16-- oh crap she'll be 17 in less than a month... man I'm old!

No, cow's milk isn't safe for humans period. Milk can make you sick and kill you, or at least shorten your life. Cow's milk is for calves. It is definitely not good for humans. It can cause a lot of health problems. I think it should be against the law to sell milk for human consumption. If you will click on the link below and read "Marketing Milk and Disease" by John McDougall, MD", or any of the other links you will probably never drink milk again.

Yes. You can give the baby full-fat milk; you shouldn't switch to 2% until it's 2.

Yes, absolutely...but only whole milk. Do not give the baby 2% or skim, they need the fat in whole milk for brain development.

Yes! Whole milk is alright for babies of ANY age. Please remember: Baby formula is made out of WHOLE MILK.
The reason why people say not to give your babies whole milk untill 9 or 10 months is because they don't want you to stop giving them formula and give them whole milk instead, because the formula has things they need for their body. Don't listen to those people who say "OMG whole milk is BAD! It is dangerous!!!! Don't give it to them unless you want them to have a trip to the hospital and if you want child protective services at your door one day!!!"
That's ridiculous! Whole milk is NOT dangerous. It is healthy. As long as you are feeding them formula, TOO, you can give them whole milk. OR you can make your own formula. I make my own formula for my son when I have the time.

Yes, that is when they suggest starting babies on whole milk, unless they end up having problems with it.

Everything I've read says that is when kids can start drinking regular whole milk. If you're concerned I'd just called your pediatrician's office -- you shouldn't have to go in -- just ask to speak to a nurse.
