Truck Drivers, Have you noticed a decrease in fuel economy since the implement of low sulfur diesel?

Im doing research for my company on the loss of MPG. I need imput from Owner Operators.

I used to be an owner operator

I shut my truck down when they raised the fuel
the insurance
the tolls

The low sulfer fuel gave me alot less power and with the loss of power my fuel economy was indeed lowered

I had an older truck with mechanical pump
