It's hard to chose between so many good bands!!! Here r some: Guns'n'Roses, Aerosmith, Nirvana, Iron Maiden, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Apocaliptica, Bon Jovi, Panic at the disco, Korn, Lost Prophets, Ozzy Ozbourne, Metallica, Bullet for my vallentine, ...and the list could go on!
You should also try punk music cause it's awesome!

as i lay dying is a pretty good metal band...u should try some rock from the 90's lyk um some of these bands....Danzig,Nirvana,The Smashing Pumpkins,Rage Against The Machine,Soundgarden.but u can also try lostprophets,from first to last,aiden,paramore,avenged sevenfold,billy talent,flyleaf,afi,the used my chemical romance.for metal..... bring me the horizon,slowly taking lives,drop dead gorgeous.
