The Nazis - A Warning From History - Laurence Rees. Not specifically branded "young adult" (we don't tend to do that in the UK) but readable in the way it looks not only at what happened, but why an apparently civilised country fell into barbarism within a few short years.
Also Schindler's List (possibly known as Schindler's Ark) the original book of the film.

"Number the Stars" by Lois Lowry is one of the best.
"Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl" is another classic on the subject.
You might also like "A Coming Evil" by Vivian Vande Velde or "Greater than Angels" by Carol Matas.
"Schindler's List" by Thomas Keneally is another good read.
"Maus" by Art Spiegelman is an interesting read.

I like: Thanks to My Mother by Schoschana Rabinovici (true story),
When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit by Judith Kerr,
The Upstairs Room by Johanna Reiss (true story)
There are many other good books on the subject. The last 2, I read as a teen and thought that they were well written. The first one I read as an adult (though it is written for teens) and found it to be an amazing, true story. It is one of the most interesting stories of survival.
