Today I'd like to be flying down A1A until it merges with US1(I'm central Florida) on my way to Key West with my husband, daughter, and our good friends Mike and Dani. I've never been to the keys, though I've lived in Florida now for 6 years. I'd love some beach/ocean and just to get away from the stresses of life for a few days! On the highway towards Quebec City, Ile d'Orléans and the Charlevoix region. They are on my list of favourite places in Quebec to visit, Quebec for it's old charm, Ile d'Orléans for the tranquillity of an island, and Charlevoix for it's beauty. Definitely renting a house on the island and hiking in Charlevoix during the day and hitting Quebec City for a great meal and nightlife.

I'd love to be going somewhere like Miami or something (i to have lived in Florida for a couple of yrs and have never been) with a couple car loads of all the cool people that i trip out with. Have some tropical skittles, good music, and good friends and it really doesn't matter where we go, however, the beach does sound good right about now.

You are so lucky! The Keys must be beautiful.
There isn't anywhere nearby that I could take a weekend trip and get away.... It would have to be a road trip to North Carolina with my girlies. My husband gets too anal and stressed out when we go on vacation. And why? Because the North Carolina Coast is absolutely beautiful, and it's one of the most peaceful places I've been in a long time!

If it was just a weekend trip, I'd head up to Hayward, Wisconsin and camp on the river. I'd have my boyfriend and our dog with me and spend some serious quality relaxing time together. We'd camp and go visit Al Capone's Hideout, he's a way interested in the mafia and i know that'd make him happy, then we'd do some boating and talk all night under the stars like we used to. No t.v, no one else, no distractions, just us. Perfect.

I would lovet o be waking up early (it's 7:25am here) next to my boyfriend, jump in the car (his '67 Chevy hotrod) and drive down Hwy 1... stop in Montorey, Carmel, Big Sur, Santa Barbara, just take in the beautiful ocean, the great towns, and being alone with him, without a care in the world... That sounds awesome...

Okay, I'm going to Wilmington, NC with Idina Menzel....I idolize her. She's smart, funny, and has done many things I wish I could do.
It's a hot weekend, there's a beach with not a lot of people on it. Also, Wilmington has great shopping...

Weekend road trip hmmm I live in PA so i wouldn't be able to get to far. Probably somewhere to gamble. I would like to be with my brother he was the best company. Always had fun with him. Why cuz I would like to spend one last day and night with him!!

since i live in detroit (and hate to drive) my road trip would be to chicago with my friend geneva. i've never been to chicago, but she's been quite a few times, so she can help me find great places to go and things to see. when i travel, i like to leave the country (i'm going to europe next month), but that's not really considered a road trip, is it?
