No, you can not buy Cuba, the closest thing you can do is write to your congress-man or woman and ask them to make Cuba the 51st state or a US territory.

Haha, the value of Cuba is a lot. After their communist system fails they will sell land. Cuba will become a large tourist destonation. Remember it's only 90 miles from FL and has beautiful beaches that will be developed. Good investment as long as they have a US backed government.

Being that the average yearly income of a cuban is $250.00 american money. I would say to times that by how ever many imprisoned people he has and there is your value. Lucky for them he is dying soon. Unlucky for them his brother is next to rule. DOH !!!
